Blank or blue and green bars

I have. Fit bit iconic and the screen is malfunctioning. The screen is either all black or have blue and green lines going down the screen. I have tried charging it, resetting it several times still nothing is working. The watch is on I can tell because I have a screen lock and if you don’t enter the code right it makes a buzzing sound, which it makes when I’m hitting it. This happened when I woke up this morning. Totally weird and out of nowhere.

Yeah sounds defective.  Def call Tech Support.  Many have replacement devices simply by contacting them while still under warranty.  Get it documented right away.  Number is in my sig.  Try that.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
