Watch was working most the day then it died. 
once I charged the screen wouldn’t light up but does sync just no display.

I've tried resetting but nothing has changed.

If Restarting several times hasn't helped. contact Customer Support.

If I can’t see anything on the screen how can I go to setting or anything else?

You don't need to "see anything" on the screen to do a Restart following the directions I gave you.
