Hello,

 

I have just purchased a Fitbit Ionic but it won't connect via Bluetooth to my Google Nexus 6P running on Android 8.1. Yet, my phone shows on the compatible devices list.

 

Any tips on how I can fix that, please?

Or is there an ongoing compatibility issue with Android 8.1? If so, any idea on when this will be fixed?

My guess is that it is an issue with 8.1. Very few phones have that yet for Fitbit to test....
