My device shows that it is connected under my Bluetooth settings, but when I try to sync it from my fitbit, it does not pick up or list my iphone to pair. Everything on the app reflects it is connected and synced, but nothing from the fitbit.

@Stacy805, open the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, tell Bluetooth to Forget the Device, close the phone's settings, then re-open the Fitbit app and manually sync the tracker.
