Bluetooth headphones connecting but no sound

Headphones connect fine, but no sound using the deezer app. Any help?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which headphones are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? The headphones work flawlessly with other devices? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you restart your Ionic and then check the steps that are specified on: How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply! Yeah no other issues. They're Samsung galaxy buds running on bluetooth 5.0 work occasionally but not often. No other issues with them on phones ect. Only got the ionic 2 days ago so since first connection.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your response, seems odd that you're experiencing such inconvenience only with your Fitbit Ionic. If you haven't already done so, please restart your Samsung Galaxy Buds and then restart once again your Ionic device. Once the Fitbit is back on, please try to reconnect the buds again and keep me posted.

I am using Samsung Galaxy Earbuds. I am  able to connect them with fitbit versa,  but no sound can be heard. It shows proper pairing between the buds and the versa, The song also shows playing on the fitbit screen. However, no sound. I turned off phone's bluetooth as well. But nothing helpful. 

I am able to connect Fitbit versa to my google Home and play songs from my fitbit versa. But, there is no sound on samsung earbuds. Is it technically possible to play and control music between samsung earbuds and versa ?
