Bluetooth is not syncing with my Samsung phone. I have restarting the Bluetooth per the Fitbit request more than 5 times, no joy. I have reset the IONIC watch 5 times, no joy. The watch is fulling charged and was on the charger, nothing. Phone Bluetooth works with my car and with my UE Boom 2 speaker. All bluetooth items were turned off. Help???

Having the same issue, only way I can get it to sync is restart blue tooth on phone. Have only had the Ionic for a week worked fine the first few days now it won't sync by it's self.

Went through same procedures with support on the phone and when nothing on their list of troubleshooting worked they said they would send info for a return as still under 1 year warranty.
