Ever since the last update Bluetooth pairing failed and all day sync and notifications are disabled. I can not get it to work. I have an IPhone 6s. Please help.

First thing to try when a fitbit misbehaves is a restart using the following procedure:
It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work. It's also worth restarting your iPhone.
