Bluetooth will not connect now just a flashing Fitbit logo

My Bluetooth will not connect. I have spent most of the day trying to get it working and went through every step I could find, including the ones mentioned on forum.
Eventually I decided to do factory reset and when I did it all I can see now is Fitbit logo blinking in a few seconds intervals. I tried all the combination of buttons pushing but nothing happens.

What can I do now? This is getting ridiculous especially after paying this kind of money for this watch.

Hi @Dan67, nice to see you around. Thanks for trying those steps before posting your inquiry. It's odd that your Ionic is no longer responding.

There are a few factors that might affect synchronization, I'd like to confirm what model of phone or computer you're using to sync. 

I would also recommend following the steps below:

1. Restart your tracker a couple of times and make sure that it is fully charged
2. Reboot your phone and check that you phone and Fitbit App is up to date 
3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone and delete your Ionic from there (forget device)
4. Open Fitbit App > Account > Ionic > Remove device (tap on the trash can in the upper right corner)
5. Reboot your Bluetooth and double check that it is not connecting from there
6. Force quit the App. Open it again Account > Set up a device

I have an Iphone 7 ios 12.3.1. I will try these steps again.
