Bluetooth won't pair with my phone

I can't receive any vibration notification on my watch. Why will the fitbit app not pair with the Bluetooth? I have deleted the app, reinstalled my fitbit, restarted my phone, updated my phone, checked all the of settings that could hinder the pairing and still nothing. I have an IPhone 8and have watched every video I could find to fix the problem.

Any help will be great.

I have been having this issue for over two months now and the response I kee getting from Fitbit is to “go to this article https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866“ everyday I have to uninstall and then reinstall my ionic to get it to sync. I am very frustrated that I spent a good amount of money on a watch that doesn’t do what it’s suppsoed to do and the response I keep reviving from Fitbit is to waste 10-15 minutes a day uninstalling and reinstalling it.
