Bought a new fitbit ionic and will not bluetooth to phone easily. Now not at all ! Very frustrated!

Set up phone and started working fine until Bluetooth got disconnected. Now i cant get notifications.

cant control music functions. Now i have a 250 dollar digital watch. I cant believe i bought this crap

I’m sorry this happened.If you can,go to the Ionic settings in Fitbit app.Then select disconnect form account at bottom of settings.Delete the Fitbit app and then add it again.

I’m sorry this happened.If you can,go to the Ionic settings in Fitbit app.Then select disconnect form account at bottom of settings.Delete the Fitbit app and then add it again.
