Brand new Iconic will not connect with my phone or laptop

My fresh out of the box Iconic won't pair with my phone or my laptop via bluetooth.

Neither my laptop or my phone (Galaxy S9) is connected to no other bluetooth devices.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the FitBit App on my phone and my laptop.

I can press the left button on the Iconic and it immediately shows the FitBit logo and the www.fitbit.com/setup message, it's on and fully charged.

Both my phone and my laptop can see the device when scanning for bluetooth devices, but then they just can't connect. I keep retrying and nothing works.

If I can't get this problem fixed soon, this thing is going back in the box and back to you FitBit.

Help, Please!

Are you trying to pair via the bluetooth setting of your phone? If so - dont. Fitbits dont pair that way. Your Ionic should pair automatically when you try to sync or set up via the Fitbit app.

Try restarting your Ionic several times and try again. Let us know how you go
