Yesterday I received my brand New Ionic Fitbit, bought directly from Fitbit. The heart rate monitor has yet to work. I slid the option from On to Off, and back again. I’ve reset the device holding both buttons until I see Fitbit logo. Then I deleted the device, and reinstalling it. I’ve switched arms, I’ve moved it up, loosening or tightening it, not a single thing has fixed my issue, ready to send it back
