Brand new and now won't switch on or charge

Only recently started using my new Ionic and now it wont switch on or charge. Tried a different plug but no luck.  Contacts are clean ( only worn 2 times since getting) held the buttons down to restart it but no luck.  I have emailed support but wondering if maybe its something simple.  As far as i know, I dont think it has updated.

Hi I'm now on my 4th ionic in less than 12 months each one has completely died and will not stay on they have all started thus way with quick draining battery! I will warn you fitbit advise they will only replace like for like and will not give a refund. After the 3rd time tho I am not happy and do not want another of the same I advise you to try something else!

With the price of them its not very good.  I had a Blaze before that stopped holding its charge in less than a year. I was actually offered a replacement or discount off a different model so thought I would upgrade.  I really hope I havent made a big mistake 😞

Had same problem. Went to Fitbit App and removed device. Started to take a charge and went through setup again. Try removing device from App.
