Brightness adjustment greyed out as is wake watch face

Hi

 

since updating my Fitbit firmware last weekend I’m unable to adjust the brightness or change the screen wake up 

both options are now greyed out numerous restarts not making any difference 

anyone able to help before I change to an Apple Watch

Hello @Lodonuts and a warm welcome.  This is a suggestion and it might not work.  The only setting I know of that makes both of those things happen is that your Ionic is in Sleep Mode.  Check either your Quick Settings or the Settings and see if you are in Sleep Mode.  If this works, all I can say is I don't know how it got there but weird stuff happens.

I had issues with dimmer and setting being greyed out. Deleted Fitbit app and did factory reset. Now everything works

Thanks that fixed my dim screen issue too, no idea how it got in to sleep mode
