Why is the ionic wrist band so weak and I don't see any improvements made to it????

How can you message the customer service without a Twitter account? 

It's a disappointing product.

To message Support, just go to the Help site (link at the bottom of the page).  There's a variety of ways to get in touch with them, including live chats, phone, and email which can all be found on that page.

not so weak but it's so expensive. you can equally make use of Instagram not mandatory it's should be Twitter
