Buzz notification at each mile

How do I get my Ionic to buzz me at each mile during a run like the Surge used to?  My only option seems to be voice cues but I’m not using headphone with my watch.

After selecting 'Run' as Exercise App choice, click the gear icon to set up "laps" for distance, time, or calories.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
