Is this available yet?

The coach site mentions phone use only but the watch has 3 samples on it...

I don't want to sign up for Coach service now if it will be more money or a different account type to upload to Ionic watch.

Any news when this will be rolling out?

No, @TheMac at present the Ionic is limited to those Coach sessions that come preinstalled. The Fitbit Coach subscription is for use on phone/tablets, though you can still use your Fitbit account to sign in to the app.
