My Fitbit used to work perfectly for call notifications. I installed the Bitmoji clock face several months ago. I verified I had turned on all permissions. When I got a phone call, my Fitbit would just say, "Phone" instead of the contact's name or a number. I switched back to a Fitbit clock face, and again confirmed all permissions, but the call notification still only says, "Phone. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, restarting my phone, double checking all permissions, turning off all notifications then turning them back on, Force Stop, uninstalling the app, and even deleting and reinstalling my Fitbit from the app. I'm quite frustrated with this and would like to know how to fix it. My text messaging works fine.

Hello @KikiLoriLee, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I'd like to appreciate your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. Also, thanks for all the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Ionic are correctly configured.
After verifying this, even though you're in fact receiving notifications, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
