Hi all,
I was here once asking exactly the same question with my first IONIC. That one has been sent back for a replacement. Here is my new IONIC. I am having the same problem ...
I do yoga everyday, I normally use SUUNTO as a sport tracker. It always giving higher calories burned than IONIC which seems reasonable comparing to my fitness activities or the intensive level of each class.
I need advice on how to set up my IONIC for more accurate calories burned count. I did setup for age, gender, weight and height exactly the same as for SUUNTO. The only thing I can notice for the different is heart rate.
Please advice how to set up the heart rate zone, default or custom?
and For the max heart rate, default or custom?
I would love to wear only 1 tracker instead of switching between 2.
THanks

@iamPooh Before you consider the Zones I don't believe they have any influence on your calories burned. They are just used as a marker for you to achieve the the new levels of effort. I stand corrected by the moderators.
To change the Zones on your App just tap on Account and the Custom setting is near the bottom of the view.
