Hi, has anyone had their calories just wiped? They were tracking fine this morning and now at 6.30pm, I looked and noticed after 16,000 steps and a couple of workouts, I have apparently done less than 1,000 calories. What the?
Last weekend, I burned around 2600 on Saturday and then on Sunday.
Wiped. It is saying I only burned around 1200.
I have restarted watch, logged in on the desktop, restarted the app on the phone, logged out and logged in again.
The other stats are all showing correctly.
Time to finally head to Garmin? Sick of the continued issues with this watch and they just seem to keep piling.

To better assist you with this situation, can you please let met know which mobile device you're using to sync your device? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? The calories burned information keep disappearing after you sync your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:
