If I understand you correctly every alarm that is set on the fit bit ionic will have a look alive notification preceding the alarm set time? Please tell me there is a way to turn off the Look Alive notification. I specifically got this ionic for the alarms😟 I don't need the Look Alive notification😦 it is truly messing up what I have set the alarms for. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you for your response.

As for as I know, the user is unable to change this alarm greeting,
You may want to add your vote to Naming/Labeling Alarms
I personal can't imagine how it could mess one up.. Since it is easily ignored .normally when my alarm goes off iIknow why I set an alarm and I don't even look at my wrist, but that is me.

For me this is a problem because it goes off at 1:00 a.m. every single night and I don't have any other alarm set. If I can't turn this off than I can't wear my fit bit at night to track my sleep because I cannot wake up at 1:00 a.m. every single morning unnecessarily when they already don't get enough sleep.

You have confirmed on the Ionic that there are no alarms set? This Look Alive should only be triggered by an alarm.
Maybe try setting an alarm or two, then delete them.
I'm not sure if it would work but try setting the tracker up as a replacement device. This does not require removing the tracker from its account.

Are you certain that you do not have a 1am alarm set up?
On the Ionic you should be able to look at the alarms and update, delete or disable them as required on the watch.

Look Alive message is totally unnecessary!! I hate it!

I would guess that this was addressed already, but I didn't see it in a number of different threads. The way to turn this off is to go to the Alarms on your device and click on the Look Alive alarm scroll to the bottom and select Remove. Hope this helps others for whom this randomly turns on when their device updates.
