Please put in a complaint/request for an update to be able to access music from iphone that does not need to uploaded from your computer AND get access SiruisXM like Pnadora AND disappointed it is not using updated technology to connect to 5G wireless.

The Ionic connects to your iPhone via "Bluetooth", NOT cellular. It will also only connect to your Ionic and computer via Wi-Fi to move your personally "OWNED" music (Playlists) to your Ionic. So, if you are having problems, go into your iPhone "Settings" and then go to your "Bluetooth" area and make sure your Ionic is "PAIRED" with your iPhone. If the two are in fact PAIRED, try resetting your Ionic: (Press and HOLD the left and bottom right buttons together, until the fitbit icon appears, then release). The reset has always worked for me when things get hookie and hopefully will for you as well!!
