I got this email saying I had 15 days left to use my 25% off coupon. I was sent this because my Ionic was bricked from the update 70.7.27. It said In the email if I had any questions to please respond directly to the email so I did.
This is what I got back. An email saying they don’t do customer support through email.
Can I get my issue resolved here?
