Can I get my issue resolved here? Please.

I got this email saying I had 15 days left to use my 25% off coupon. I was sent this because my Ionic was bricked from the update 70.7.27. It said In the email if I had any questions to please respond directly to the email so I did. E5B29089-237D-4F76-A3E2-387EE4D43EE8.jpeg

 

This is what I got back. An email saying they don’t do customer support through email.

I never got an email from a supervisor. I’m still waiting. Checking my inbox and spam folder every 15 min. Haven’t slept in days. Mental health deteriorating rapidly. Help me Fitbit, treat me like the loyal customer I am.
