I have a strava premium membership and have logged all my activity over 2018, i purchased the ionic yesterday and want to load all my activity into the fit bit app, while I have had issues syncing both strava and fitbit togehter (https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Strava-Authorization-state-Not-Authorized/m-p/3204466#M83223 currenlty open issue) I wanted to ask if this is even a possibility as it only appears to capture my stats since owning the Ionic?

thanks in advance

Nope.  It only captures your stats generated by the Ionic.  None of my other Exercises recorded with other GPS devices gets pushed from Strava to Fitbit.  Only GPS Exercises generated in the Ionic get sent to Fitbit then Strava then back to Fitbit then back to the Ionic.  Only displayed as a simple line item map with very minimal stat details in the Strava App.  So what you want to do is not possible unfortunately.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

@brchan it seems your asking about imoorting your Strava history into your Fitbit account. Currently at this time, Fitbit does not have an important tool. You can express your Fitbit history than import it into your Strava account.

The link you point to is about people having problems logging in on the Ionic Strava app. Once logged in you will be able to view a limited amount of recent exercises from your wrist.
