Can I put my Ionic into sleep mode?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The motion light goes on throughout the night lighting up the room. It wakes my wife up when ever it goes on.  Is there a way to set the motion light to turn on only during awake hours and off during sleeping hours.  Thanks.

Hi @Jimcal - Glad you found us here. There is a solution to your issue that made my hubby much happier when I had the same issue.

Swipe down rom the top of your Ionic screen. Tap the Quick Settings icon. (It looks like a double paddle.) Select Sleep Mode, then go back to your clock face. Follow these instructions, but deselecting Sleep Mode in the morning.

Sorry to be a pest but I can not find Quick Settings.  I have an older Ionic. Any other thoughts?  Can it be controlled on the phone app?

Not a problem at all, @Jimcal ! You tried swiping down from the Ionic clock face?  Maybe the problem is that I no longer have an Ionic. I was offering what the Ionic manual says on page 15. (See below.). Hopefully someone else who is using an Ionic can step in to help? In the mean time, you can use the option to stop notifications from your iPhone.

From the manual:

The home screen is the clock.
l Swipe down from the top of the screen to see notifications and access the shortcuts to music controls, Fitbit Pay, and quick settings. The shortcuts disappear after 2 seconds. Swipe down to see them again.
