Can I select which FitBit Coach workouts show up on my Ionic?

I purchased the premium Coach app.  Can I select which workouts show up on my Ionic without having the app choose them for me?   I don’t want them to change randomly.  I want to determine my own selection of exercises.

No, I don't think so.

 

I've been trying to send the workout to my Ionic but it doesn't sync up at all..

Welcome to the Community @RonMJ! It's not possible to choose which exercises you want on your Ionic. This will change periodically during syncs. You can learn more about it by checking this post.

Thanks. That’s why I’m returning it. I can’t choose my own exercises to
do? It’s the algorithm or nothing. I mean, c’mon.
