Can I set my own interval training on the iconic with it prompting me to walk and run at intervals without me taking my phone with me ?

Wish I could vote a million times for this! In Turkey these titbits are 3x more exoeexpento buy than other countries do I'm really annoyed that this basic running feature's not included! Unbelievable! I'm going to sell my new ionic and buy a Garmin... What a waste of money the ionic is for runners.!

I found this suggestion that you might will to vote for. I terval training not supported in ionic. No app. No plan to update the system. Please vote for the idea above.
I bought my ionic 3 months ago and going to sell it ... Useless for runners

When I press on the exercise button it shows my 7 exercises that are currently being used. However, I cannot slide one of the exercises to the left or to the right to disable it, so that I can add an additional exercise. How do I get rid of one of the current exercises if it will not slide to the left or right?

Hello @G_girliee.
Start opening the Fitbit app on your smartphone (I have a Pixel 2 XL, if you have an iPhone the app might be a little different but hopefully it is ok).
On top right of the app press the icon of the IONIC
In the subsequent screen you will get your Ionic options that however you need to scroll down to see the exercises shortcut
Press the exercise shortcuts button and you will have a list of all type of exercise currently available on your Ionic
The list can keep up to 7 exercises so if, like me you have 7, you shall decide which one to sacrifice (in my case hiking) swiping it on left.
Now you will have available a + button on top right that you can press and select the exercise you like on the next screen.
And voilà!
Now pressing the interval training shortcut you will enter into the exercise setting where you can define your own intervals.
I hope it is clear otherwise do not hesitate to ask!
Happy interval training!

Hi All
just wondering if the interval workout with GPS switched on will automatically calculate the distance for each sprint and cool down?
what does it do with the mileage too. Does it count it calculate so it can be transferred to Strava
Cheers, Shane
