Hi there!

 

The pool I most often use for swimming is 25 meters. But when I try to choose pool length, the lowest distance available is 50 m. Is there some way to fix this for me?

Thank you for your question.

 

To start, your pool length is 25 meters. If you change it you should be able to go back to the initial setting.

 

pool length set Meterspool length set Meters

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Fitbit Ionic by following these instructions. Then, try once again to set the pool length by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I set the pool length for my Fitbit device?".
