Can Ionic sync with a laptop?

my ionic stopped syncing to my phone a week ago, after having no problems for 15 months with my phone, which fitbit now tell me my phone isn't compatable.. very strange I think.. So now my phone is loosing time and getting behind. I'm still using my fitbit with the workout section, so I can monitor my heat rate as I'm in my 60's.  I want to know can I sync my ionic to my laptop so it can upload my stats etc and keep the correct time?
