Hi I just recently brought a Fitbit ionic and when I’m out on my bike the watch works perfect , records the ride etc but the problem I have is when I get home and stop the strava app on my watch it downloads to the Fitbit app on my phone but it will not down load to my strava app on my phone, I would love to know if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong as I am pulling my hair out, thanks peter ...

Hello @Peterbeer. the Strava app on the ionic is ply a dashboard to see your Strava account. 

 

Have you connected your Strava account to your Fitbit account? 

For your Fitbit run to sync to Strava you will need to record your Fitbit run with gps enabled
