Can't Charge Ionic While Using a Protective Case

I have a protective case on my ionic.  

I do think really like the charger for the ionic as if it gets bumped it stops charging

 

I am looking for a charger to hold the magnet in place . I found some on Amazon but they don't fit with the case. It would be a pain in the butt to take the strap off and case off each time to charge it .

I am looking for a way to keep the charger attached.

@Melrob82 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing the situation you are experiencing while charging Ionic.

 

That is probably happening as the case is not an original Fitbit product. Therefore, it wasn't designed to allow the watch to charge while having it on. Currently, Fitbit doesn't offer any protective cases for Ionic. Where did you purchased yours? Can you share a picture showing how the charger gets bumped?

 

I think you will need to take the protective case off while charging your watch unless you find a way for the charging cable to fit.
