Hey, so I am trying to connect to my Wifi so I can transfer my music. I have that little piece inserted in the USB (base station) and when I try to find my wifi, it says " Bluetooth is off" Looked all over the windows 10 and could not find it being Off or ON, the station is connected.
Hopefully someone has a fix for this before I throw this
Thanks for your time.

It's great to have you on the Community @Melissa_88! I appreciate the details that you've mentioned, thanks for the settings that you've checked to confirm that your Ionic connects to your Wi-fi properly.
I would like you to make sure that you're following the steps listed on this article to add a Wi-Fi network to your Fitbit watch. If it's still not connecting then try the troubleshooting posted here Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?.
Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for getting back @Melissa_88! You need to turn on the Bluetooth on your computer, after this your Ionic should sync.
To do so:
Go to the Start menu and select 'Settings.'
Choose 'Devices.'
Toggle the Bluetooth button to 'On.
After this, follow these steps to transfer music to your Ionic.
Let me know how it goes.
