Can't Delete Historical Weight Measurements

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

If I click on the icon saying how much I've lost weight I can see a list of my weight measurements. I'm looking at some historical measurements and want to delete them, so I hold on the screen and press delete. But they don't go away! If they do they might come back later!

I thought the issue might be integration with MyFitnessPal so I revoked access and it made no difference!

I find these "stick" more if you do them from the web interface vs the app (even if you use the browser on the phone).  The ones on the web are directly from the server and I think sometimes when you delete from the app, and it syncs again, it's sometimes taking the server's readings as the source of truth.

Thanks...

Interesting the web app shows my weight recording just fine, I don't need to delete anything.

I still need to delete the weight measurements on the app though :(. The app is successfully sync'ing with the Ionic and I've tried restarting the phone. No change.

Welp, that throws my theory out the window 🙂  I've had the same problem, but that's what fixed me.  Seems like you have the opposite issue.

In the app? I just fired up the Fitbit app on iPhone, must have recently updated it forced me to login again and then cleaned up database. After that was done I was able to delete a couple of extra measurements from last week - one manual and one from my Aria scale.

I'm running latest Android app and Ionic firmware.

Appears to be working on iPhone, with MobileTrack as my tracker (no Ionic). The iPhone app was last updated Sept 22. Not sure why, but I was forced to login again on phone's Fitbit app this morning.

So just now I turned attention to the android Fitbit app and it was asking for username and password, logged in, the app seems to have reset itself, and those historical weight dates are now deleted.

So my issue is resolved for now but I suspect there is still a bug here.
