It’s good to see you in the community, @Intruder145.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and recommend confirming the steps to add tiles in this help article:

Additionally, I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?

Hope this helps!

Hello,

I have tried How do I add, remove, or rearrange tiles on my Fitbit app dashboard? It doesn’t work because there is no Sleep Tile shown.

I reloaded the FITPIT app. Still no Sleep tile.

Is there some Voodoo chant that will bring the tile back?

Thank you for your reply, @Intruder145.

I appreciate your efforts and the additional details. Please provide the model of the device you're using to sync your Ionic and the OS. I will be glad to investigate further.

For what it's worth, I recently got a message from fitbit support telling me the Ionic no longer supports Windows 10.

My dashboard shows a red triangle in the upper right. Clicking it gives the message: Tracker not Supported.  😞

Sorry to be late replying. Multiple things happening.

What do you mean by model? My cell phone is a Samsung S10e. My WIFI is a Google. My Laptop is a HP. Anything else?

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap the Edit button at the upper right corner.
  2. Scroll down and you'll find a list titled Additional Stats that shows the tiles that aren't shown on the Today screen.
  3. Look for the sleep tile and tap Add.
  4. Tap Done to save the changes.

Thanks for the reply but……..Using my computer, When I go to Edit I find a view of shown tiles and hidden tiles. I do not see the sleep tile. There is nothing to scroll down to. I do not see anything labeled Additional Tiles. There is a plus sign (+) in the lower right corner that does not do anything when tapped.

Using my cell phone.  When I go to Edit I see a list of Removed Stats. Sleep stat is shown.

Using my FITBIT.   When I go Settings, Sleep Mode is Dim (not activated?).

What am I missing?
