I was using Revolut for sometime in 2020, I haven't had to use it for a long time with COVId restriction, sadly the other day it did not work in my hour of need, when I checked it seems I had to update my card details.
I removed the card and proceeded to add my new Revolut card, however I get an error message in app saying the bank is unsupported, yet on your site it says it is for the UK.
Why is my card being rejected? Is Revolut no longer supported?
I'd be annoyed if so as I set this new bank account up just to use this payment method seeing as you offer ridiculously very few bank that support this feature.

1. Confirm that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
2. Force stop the Fitbit app: open your phone's Settings > Applications > find the Fitbit app > Storage > Clear cache > go back and tap Force stop.
3. Reboot your phone.
4. Open the Fitbit app and sync your device.
5. Restart your watch: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
6. Try to add the card. You can confirm the steps in What should I know about Fitbit Pay?

Hello.
is there any resolution to this issue? I contacted fitbit support, they gave me a copy/paste answer to contact my bank aka Revolut, who were not helpful either. I see this has been in issue for 2 years(?!). Basically I can't use this feature at all.
