Have had Ionic for over a year. Have been reading posts about difficulty with music transfer and wifi all that time. I cannot believe this is still not addressed by Fitbit. I have followed all the online "solutions" but it still does not work. Using Windows 10 app and yes, using 2.4GHz band, signal is strong, router shows Ionic device connected and Windows 10 computer connected to the same network, tried bluetooth both on and off, have rebooted device(s), have paired and unpaired, but Fitbit app refuses to find Ionic or show any networks in its list. Have tried using manual IP address setting for Ionic but app still will not find it.
Come on Fitbit, it shouldn't be this hard! Please recognize there is a problem and fix it.
