My Iconic was working great and has for months. It's still collecting data and I can operate the watch as normal... except the watchface is gone. In it's place is an error message telling me to load a different one. Tried 6 different ones. Nada. Load bar spazzes out (fluctuates) and then it acts like it successfully changed it, but nothing shows on the iconic.

That happened to me once a couple months back, the only solution for me was a factory reset.

I'm having the same problem. Can't access settings to reboot. How did you fix the problem?

Thanks
