When I bought my headphones (Cygnett FreeRun) I was able to connect to my ionic, for so e reason now I can not can not connect. I am doing something wrong or do they no longer work together?

@Kyliema30 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are currently while connecting Bluetooth headphones.
You should be able to connect them and use them. Please perform a restart on your Ionic and try pairing them once again. This should certainly help you.
Also, if your headphones has a pairing mode; make sure you have activated it before pairing.
