Can’t change my clock on Ionic

I have a fairly New Ionic watch with just the default apps on it so far. I tried changing the clock and after selecting a new clock face, all I get is the “switching” screen with the red bar dancing back n forth. I deleted the app and re downloaded it but still nothing. It’s stuck on that screen and won’t let me back out of that selected clock face. How can I get this to work or what am I doing wrong? “Install failed. Please try again later.” But still can’t get out of the screen.

@Heaven4real26 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

It's pretty weird that your clock face isn't installing. I would like you to log out from your app and force quit it. After this, please restart your phone and try installing clock faces once again. Could you let me know the phone that you're using?
