Can someone help with this. Even though I press "clear" and "clear all", nothing happens.
Is there a way to fix this.

Open the Settings app, tap on About and then Shutdown. Try clearing the notification now. This fix has resolved the issue for most. If it doesn't work the first time around, restart your Versa a few more times and try to clear them again.
