Can't clear notification of a voicemail

I am able to clear all my notifications except for a voicemail notice. This voice mail isn't even on my phone any longer. How do I get rid of it?

Hi @RockysMom, welcome to the community.

 

Have you tried giving your Ionic a restart to see if that clears the stuck notification? Instructions on how to perform a restart can be found here.
