As @LZeeW mentioned, Fitbit Ionic has voluntarily been recalled and we're no longer providing support for this device. Please contact our team for more information about Ionic refund, visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

@Arhamkhan   Fitbit recalled the Ionic over three years ago.  Fitbit offered a refund, but I don't know if it is still available.  Help article
