Can't connect my Ionic & Huawei mate 20 lite

Anybody had any luck with syncing Ionic with Huawei mate 20 lite??  Each time I try it says it finds the Ionic but then fails to set up???

This is what Fitbit says about your phone (is it the same model?). If It is not the P20 lite then there is some chance it could work, though many Huawei phones eeems to struggle with Fitbits.
