Can't connect to the Ionic unit

My Ionic does not sync anymore. I can see that the Bluetoothconnection works since I can see that the Ionic is connected to my Iphone under Iphone settings.

My Ionic also shows up in the Fitbit app since I can see the batterytime remaining. When I'm syncing however I get an error message saying that my unit can't be found.

I have tried to remove the Ionic in the app and to install a new one which results in a similar error message.

The app says "found" acknowledging my ionic but then fails to connect to it.

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the details mentioned. I would like you to try the syncing troubleshooting mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? 

 

If after this your Ionic is still not syncing, please let me know the phone that you're using to sync your watch.
