I have a Fitbit iconic have paired my apple air pod pros to watch but I cannot control the volume of my music.  Please advise

I would remove the buds and set them up again. You also should go into the Ionic settings>bluetooth and make sure in restore music controls, the phone is paired.

Sorry tried this still cannot control sound! I tried pressing + &- buttons sound not moving!
