Can't download Fitbit Connect software for my Ionic

How come such a huge company can allow such bad customer experience? I am trying to download the Fitbit connect mac software, but it's available only on the setup page which is not working.

Hi @fouad09, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced with your Ionic when trying to download the Fitbit Connect software for your Mac. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I would like to know if you receive any error message when trying to download the software. If possible, please provide a screenshot or a picture of the message that you receive.

 

In the meantime, please check out this help page, which provides the steps to download the Fitbit Connect software and the setup instructions.
