I’m unable to download Spotify, I’m getting a red error box saying something may need updating even though everything is up to date. I’ve read about all day sync needing to be on however I don’t see that option. please help.

It sounds like you might need to update your Ionic's firmware. I would like you to confirm that you have the latest firmware version, which is 27.70.8.0. If you don't have the latest firmware version installed, please update it by following the steps on this article.
If the update isn't available to you, please confirm that you have the latest Fitbit app version and that you're syncing at least once a day.
