Fibit Ionic. On the computer app and the android app when I click on the profile for my ionic, shows up as Fitbit Blaze, there is no App button. There is only a suggested app button at the bottom and that just takes me to the fitbit website and doesn't let me install anything.

Hi @Mdr281.
If the only device that is showing in your account is the fitbit blaze, then you haven't set up and added the Ionic to your account. I would suggest opening the fitbit app, tapping on your account card and then "set up a device". Select Ionic and follow the instructions from there.

A warm welcome to the Community @Mdr281. Thanks for the details mentioned. Just as @N8teGee mentioned, if you're only seeing Blaze in your account; this means that your Fitbit Ionic hasn't been set up to it. Please follow this set up procedure to pair it to your account.
