Ionic only a month old and battery went flat now it won’t charge or switch on at all tried to do factory reset what next?

He needs to be able to get charge into it even to register it for the recall.

 

I'm sure there must be hundreds, if not thousands, of members of this community with spare charging cables now. Maybe someone would donate you one?

@mab88 I just ordered one from Amazon for a few quid so that I could charge my Ionic and register for recall.
