Can't find manage my music icon

Hi, I have a new Ionic, I've downloaded the app for Mac but for the life of me I cannot see the manage my music as described in the Fitbit help videos?

Welcome to the Community @AB999! I'll be happy to help you adding music to your Ionic. 

The "Manage My Music" icon should be in the Fitbit Connect window on your computer. I would like you to make sure that you have installed Fitbit Connect. 

If you have it installed but you're still not getting this option, please uninstall Fitbit Connect and then follow the instructions to transfer music. (For uninstalling, it should be the same process for uninstalling any program)

I have the same problem so I tried that Fitbit Connect link and the page is not working. Any idea why?

I've double checked the page shared above and it worked for me. In order to provide you with the correct troubleshooting, please attach a screenshot of the message that you're receiving when accessing the page and let me know if you're using a Mac computer too.
